Brandi Rininger, eXp Realty offers text-message replies to people who text a keyword (for example GUIDE, FLOOD, TAX, HOA, USDA, BOOK, or VALUATION) or a question to (828) 371-6980, or who submit the contact form on this site, which composes a text message from your own phone. By texting in, you agree to receive reply texts from Brandi Rininger, eXp Realty about the information you asked for.
What the keywords do. Each keyword returns one automated reply with the link or answer you requested (for example, GUIDE returns the Florida-to-NC mountains relocation guide and FLOOD returns the WNC flood-zone lookup). A text that does not match a keyword gets a short automated acknowledgement, and Brandi replies personally. Follow-up texts are limited to your request, such as a PDF you asked for or a question about which town you are considering. We do not send recurring marketing blasts or drip campaigns.
Message frequency varies; most people receive one reply per keyword.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
